Fortunately clutch failed in a city.had it happened while on highway, it would have been big headche for you.

How come there were no warning symptoms or signs before it failed?

Looking at at it now it seems that it would have managed in 3rd gear or 4th in a highway. Also it was possible to start the car in 2nd gear and move on from standstill. Manza always pick up from 2nd gear smoothly with full load.

Further I have confidence that Tata Motors Customer care is responsive and helpful in such conditions. They ensure that you reach to an Authorised Service Station.

Two and a half years after my last post in this thread!!!
Well it was the job - hectic, tiring and disturbing which prevented me from posting updates. Almost became a stranger to this forum.
Its over and changed the job for good.

Manza served as well in this time period.

There is no Safari. Even though I like Safari and a fan never bought one.
