Hello,
Some idiot bumped on the back side of my car. The guy was total drunk. When I asked him to repay his wife came out and said that I endangered her and her small kid's life. Knowing what the police would do I let them go without making a scene. The cost of repair is around 18-20 as per the service centre. My policy is expiring next month. The ncb is 20%. Should I take claim now or in next policy? After taking claim the ncb will become zero, is there a way to stop it from becoming zero, maybe decrease to some bits? What exacty do the ncb protection add ons do? Thanks
