Xiaomi releases the OCooker Multipurpose Electric Cooker

The OCooker Multipurpose Electric Cooker comes with an interior cooking surface made from 304 stainless steel and has a 400ml capacity. The cooker utilises a split design where the pot is separate from the heating surface.

The OCooker electric cooker also comes with the ability to retain heat, making it possible to leave hot food on top of the hotpot and still meet it hot several hours later. There is also the ability to adjust the firepower or heat intensity. The cooker comes with control buttons for switching on and also increasing or decreasing the heat intensity. It also features 7 cooking modes with different heat intensity.

Xiaomi launches the Redmi TV Soundbar priced at 199 yuan (~$28)

The soundbar features two 45 x 80mm runway-type full-range speakers with 30W output capacity. The speaker is also equipped with a duct-type sound cavity. The gadget comes with two connectivity options, wired and wireless. It can be connected via S/PDIF and AUX wired connection as well as via Bluetooth. The soundbar features support for Bluetooth 5.0.

In terms of hardware, the Redmi TV soundbar is 78cm long, 6.4cm wide, 6.3cm high, and weighs 1.5Kg. It has a minimalist design and comes in Matte Black colour. The soundbar comes with an opening at the rear in case the owner wishes to mount it on the wall. It can also be mounted on top of a shelf.

Xiaomi launches Mijia smart electric Kettle 1s in China

Xiaomi says the kettle has capacity of 1.7 litre. It has a button which makes sure the temperature remains at 55-degree Celsius, making the water suitable for drinking.

It generates power via a 1800w high-power heating ring, something which is also there on the Pro model. Xiaomi says the kettle can boil the full quantity of water in around six minutes. It comes equipped with British Strix thermostat which is able to control the temperature and stop heating if the water is boiled.

The kettle has been built to insulate the heat from the outside. This has been done using the double-player anti-scalding design. Because of which the person can easily hold the kettle even when the water is hot inside it. Talking about other features of the kettle, it’s easy to clean, offers triple safety and protection from electric shock among others.

Xiaomi launches Mi Inkjet All-in-One Wireless Printer for a price of 499 yuan ($70)

Xiaomi has today announced its new Mi Inkjet All-In-One Wireless Printer in the Chinese market. The device, which is priced at 499 yuan (approximately $70) is currently up for pre-order with a deposit of 50 yuan (~$7) and will go on sale from 11th June.

This new wireless inkjet printer from Xiaomi comes with three modes of operation — printing, copying, and scanning. Although one of the features of the printer is wireless connectivity, it still has supports for wired USB connection.

The new Mi Inkjet All-In-One Wireless printer has a visual panel on the device for settings and the company says that the drivers will be automatically installed on the computer when it is connected for the first time.

Smartmi DC inverter floor fan 3 with built-in battery, Bluetooth remote launched

The Smartmi floor fan 3 has a built-in negative ion generator, which is claimed to be able to sterilize and reduce dust and protect sensitive people. The fan uses a Japanese Minebea DC brushless motor with seven feather blades which enable a noiseless operation. The blade and its protective cover are manufactured from ABS plastic.

The floor fan has a built-in 33.6Wh battery, which can be used wirelessly for up to 20 hours and weighs 3.5Kg. When plugged in, it will be fully charged in 4 hours. The fan has a total height of 960mm. The frame has a display strip which shows the battery level, WiFi connectivity level and a few other parameters when the fan is working.
