Smoke Emitted from TD Fiat Punto 2012

Yesterday,While I was on my way to home,I saw the TD vehicle Punto just entering from Fiat showroom and smoke is emitting from their TD vehicle.It is emitting smoke like 1100 Fiat and Ambassador.My father is quite disappointed with the Punto.The vehicle is a brand new vehicle.

Any problems facing on smoke on their Puntoes.

P.S-We didn't TD the Punto.Just we saw that smoke is emitting.

might have been due to the vehicle tugging/ not being in the proper gear.

There may be various reasons for this. accelerating too hard on lower gears might also emit smoke sometimes.

The prob may be Turbo issue, timing chain issue.People dont know how to maintain turbo car.They have to idle a 1-2 min on starting he car in morning and same while shutting down and this has to followed especially after highway drive.Not following may destroy ur turbo due to lack of lubrication.
