Congratulations man. Its a wonderful car. The driveability even at lower speeds is fantastic. Also the fuel efficiency you are getting is nice.

Yeah, the low end torque with zero turbo lag makes it easy to drive in low speeds. [:D]

Re: Skoda Octavia 1.9 TDi Rider

Can anyone please help me put up the reverse parking sensor and extra speakers speakers??

Reverse Sensors:

->Is it really useful?
->should i get it with camera or without camera?
->if, without camera, will it sense a wall which is short?
->any prefered brand??

Speakers

it has a JVC player and 2 speakers in font doors.

->what brand(for good effect at reasonable price)
->where should i put it , rear door or behid rear seats?
->is JVC player okay or should i change it?

At last, if im putting up a camera with sensor, can i join it with a player with a color screen?? any ideas ? any suggestions ??

Thanks in advance

Hey Jeno, Like you mentioned in your signature about your left wheel you can calculate the distance of rear end too…

In my opinion reverse parking sensors are really helpful I got a 2 inches cut in left side rear bumper guess whats its devidor For which I need to replace the whole bumper + painting big hole for me [frustration]
In that budget I could easily get sensors fixed but now its too late.

Go for Camera its more functional.

@ amity if you found any Octy,Linea,magnum in pune pls count me too..

@jeno_turbo
I got one for my Polo for 4 k only sensor OEM. I would recommend one with both camera and sensor. camera alone will not work in rainy/ dusty environment.

Thanks for your advice, and do you miss a camera in your polo?? and had u ever felt that, a camera could have made things better?

Yes Camera will make things more simpler. With my experience on sensor alone, i feel that camera will boost your confidence. But you will need both together to enjoy.
