We need to undertake certain measures though- both at the government level as well as at the individual level. The State can do its part by providing smooth, well-lit roads and streets with proper signage, enforcing strict compliance with the traffic rules and issuing driving licenses only to the deserving. Because after getting license innocent people will influence other people by their driving.
