Rear 6*9 Speakers: 5 Way or 3 Way?

Hi,

I am from Hyderabad. Looking for help in short listing rear component speakers.

#1 JBL GTO 949 3-way speakers or
#2 Kenwood KFC s6993 5-way-flush-mount-speaker

Can ICE experts put some focus on 3-way or 5-way? What is the difference we get?

5 way speakers are one bass speaker, one midrange speaker, two tweeters and one super tweeter. 3 way is one bass speaker, one midrange speaker and one tweeter. I am not sure if this is correct but this is what i have heard from a few ICE experts. I am not sure of the difference in sound quality since i havent heard a 5 way speaker.
