The horse is looking menacing. Esp due to wide luggage carriers you have installed.
Ladakh trip coming up?

Mods are nice making the bike look good. Congrats on your efforts. They paid off.
But the luggage carrier is too wide. It's risky on the road too, for the biker as well as the pedestrian.

the luggage carrier is as wide as the saddle bags that I plan to carry. and as I need to carry more than 20L of extra fuel couldnt help it.

Pumba has been dropped off in a service center for the servicing and issue resolutions.
Major issue is the handle bar being really hard while turning. got an update from the service center that the cone bearing have gone kaput, Not sure why. anyways they are planning to change them with some heavy duty ones.

Pumba is also getting injector cleaning, throttle body cleaning, and regular lubing of all the knees and ankles.

I have asked the person to take pics of the ongoing work and will share when I get them.

Regards,
Kinshuk

Massive prep!
Looks like it will be one stellar trip!

Fill some anti puncture gel in your tyres before you leave. Prevention is better than cure.
I certainly hope so.
Not filling the anti puncture gel as sometimes if not done properly it becomes a blob on one side of the tyre and causes imbalance. anyways we have taken 2 sets of puncture kits among 3 bikes.

Frankly not as worried about the vehicle and the roads as I am of the "official" people that I might meet on the road. Have all the documents, their hard copies and digital prints in digilocker, but with the amount of mods, if a policeman wants the extra moolah he will find something or the other. oh yeah, and the weather too, had thought rains would have died down by the time we start but looks like monsoons is again picking up. Dont like riding in wet boots and socks.

Congrats Kinshuk for your new Harley. However, may I dare to know its FE figures ? I know it's ridiculous to ask for FE figures for such a monster, but was eager to know. I am wooing on Interceptor from RE 650 cc twin cylinder and I was assured a 20 kpl in city and about 25 on highway.
