I Agree with aosborn comments, I had faced similar problem in my ride. Jack up your tyres individually and spin it. You will get to know which one is bad. Do tyre rotation by shifting the stable tyres to the front as your steering will get stabilised.
This would be a temporary solution to get your stearing stabilised. And also get your tyres balances and alligned so that the problem gets solved. Also check if the Tyres or Rims are out.
