Hi all, welcome to my DIY guide for the replacement of power window switch for Maruti Zen (2002-2006)
I was having an issue with the passenger side power window doesn't roll down using the passenger side switch but everything works fine through the master control switch (Driver side )
Tools required:
Step 2: Remove the 2 screws using philips screwdriver
Step 3: To remove the bezel for the inner door handle gently pull the door handle and slide the bezel.
Step 4: Remove the door panel by slowly pulling out from the bottom left corner.
Step 5: Remove the power window switch connector by pressing the white tab
Step 6: remove the switch by pressing the sliver lock to pop out the old switch assy
Now plug back the connector to the new switch and do the above steps in reverse to fix the door panel.
Note - for this diy, there is no need to unplug the battery but if you wish to go the extra mile please unplug the battery and also find this opportunity to clean the inside of the door panel.
