RC Ownership transfer for a second hand car
Hi All,
I bought a second hand car from Hyundai Advantage, Delhi 5 weeks back but RC is not transferred to me as yet. And whenever I check with the sales manager they keep on saing that they have applied for the RC transfer but it is stuck up in RTO office.
Can anyone guide me if I can pursue the case on my own & check its status with RTO? what all information I need to have beforehand to go & ask RTO? Also, how much time does it usually takes to get the RC transferred..
