Spend another 50k you'll get an SUV, TATA PUNCH, which is better in ride quality.

Flap type handles (who uses that now)
Interirors are pure pedestrain and new car looks like old. The AC vents, the instrument cluster, the AC knobs, the steering wheel, the button below ICE all look like the ones used in small goods carrier vehicles and not from passenger car segments.
Bonus is utter lack of safety.
What plus you have a super refined K10 engine but will you ignore all the above fact and opt for K10 engine alone? One more thing that Celerio may provide is fuss free ownership? Still the question looms. Will you still by this car for 8-9 big ones?

I like the Hill hold assist feature, but available only on ZXI+ variant !
