today done the payment, will get my vehicle on monday[clap]
Finally decided to get under-body coating And didn't opt for Teflon coating, even though my dealer was compelling .
Regarding accessories - mudflaps, steering cover from MGA, that's all.
will go for sun film to authorized dealer outside .
I am in a confusion whether to opt for rear spoiler[confused].

good review. I drove new swift zdi, being an owner of old swift ,what it has lost is its peepy nature, old swift have this fun element past 2000 rpm, there is gush of power and torque, new swift is having more leniar power delivery, which improves milage, but tampered the fun factor....

I am also planning to go for New Swift ZDI in exchange of my Fiat Punto.

Had a test drive yesterday and was impressed with the Car overall. Listed a few points from my test drive.

+ives
1. Good seating in the front with excellent dynamics.
2. Great fun to drive than Punto.
3. Direct Steering with good feedback. At par with Punto(Punto has a slightly stiffer steering which i like) if not bettering it.
4. Very well put to-gather interior. Quality better than Punto.
5. After sale service is much better than FIAT's.
6. Didnt feel the Turbo lag with my style of driving.
7. Good Music system.
8. NHV very low for a diesel car.

-ives

1. AC dosen't seems powerful but Punto's even worse.
2. Boot Space very less.
3. Not solid as my present car.

New SWIFT ZDi Glistening Grey

Finally ,I got delivery of my SWIFT ZDi Glistening Grey. [clap]

I had a swift VDi ABS for around 3 years

So I wish to do a comparison ,of course[;)]

Exterior:its definitely BIGGER,BROADER AND TALLER

I like overall design BETTER,except for the rear,I LIKED,the OLD design ,was cuter,I think, may its because of bigger BUMPER...for that I DID SOME CUSTOME BLACKENING of lower portion of bumper.

Interior LOOKS classy and better quality material, roomier, overall I LOVE IT. BUT rear glass is SMALLER,if you arer claustrophobic ,you wont like it....Its O.K with may, rear seat leg room MARGINALLY BETTER

BOOT: Its BAD. Boot lip is HIGHER ,making things even worse, they could have made the seat split...

At night ,the orange hallow is soothening[:)]
Head light: good

Fog lamp:NOT GOOD

A/C chiller, almost SAME as OLD model

Ride, BETTER

Engine, its tonned down for better milage, the "fun " factor due to turbo kicking in ,is still there, but is NOT that evident.

Gear shift: almost same. good

Clutch: some said its TIGHT in NEW Swift,I dont find much difference, almost same,GOOD

SEATS: way better, softer, good thigh support

Ease of ingress: NOT good, for rear seat if you are TALL (I am 173 cm tall ,its OK for me,even for me HEAD ROOM at rear is JUST O.K

Inbuilt MUSIC system: pretty GOOD ,in other words NOT BAD AT ALL

Let pictures speak NOW

Some pics of Instrument pod ,mgp rubber floor mat and door sillls

Seat covers again MGA, semi leather thats center part alone leather ,rest ART leather

reverse sensor simple one with small led display, since in my last car display was mounted over existing rear view mirror, which started rattling in no time, also you cant use night drive mode of default mirrors

Got 3M teflon and underbody coating

I did underbody coating just to get some sound proofing,as window glass in new swift is thinner and considerable road noice inside
