The main thing to consider is the heat rejection %. VLT% is secondary and depends on you if you want light films or dark ones.
You didn't tell me is it for the sides or the front ?

paid 2k total.
The front grill costs a whopping 30k.
Asked him to give me the grill. Have some plans for it.

The clips are alright. I didn't see the damage before. It's just a hairline crack. Same crack was present in the bumper also. I had zero depreciation so advisor himself asked the surveyor to change the parts.

Sorry for not replying.It is for sides and for back and my shopwalla is suggesting me to for 3M,which costs ₹8400 for both sides and back but when I asked for garware,he said it will cut the heat by 50% only and AC will not cool as per him.Garware costs ₹3200 for both sides and back.
VLT I’m considering is 50% as I felt 70% is more lighter.

Did you ask him what's the heat rejection for the 3m film is ? If you are getting 50% heat rejection for sides and rear do get it. I was quoted around 6k for the same. Make sure to read the package before opening. Check reply number 30 and ask him which 3m film is he talking about.
And ac will not cool ? You are not driving a 20 year old car. AC will work with or without or with 50% heat rejection. And garware doesn't make 70% VLT with 50% heat rejection for the sides and rear.

maybe after removing it he thought it's worth nothing compared to the Audi and Mercedes emblem.
I had given the old grille for painting in matte black. Installed it today and this is how it looks.
