Even i my wild dreams I never expected Hyundai to screw up the Creta brand. Front look is kind of acceptable, but rear is a mishap. I really wish India doesn't get this Creta, the current Creta is a looker

Hyundai's new design language is very ugly to my eyes. Hideous design
I absolutely loved the clean design of the Pre facelift Elite i20, the facelift is also good. Same for the current gen Creta.
But with the new Hyundai design on the New Santro, new gen Elantra, I just feel Hyundai has over designed them

Somehow I really liked the interior and if we see the front fenders, it’s same design carried from Harrier design.

I think with this, Creta will be priced in Harrier and Compass territory and Venue will fit in the current Creta pricing bracket.
If this is what Hyundai is up to then we might see compass getting reckt further and the competition will be in Harrier vs Creta along with Hector as well

Another bad thing for Tata as always, they create a segment in specific price segment and then others take the lead. Same might happen with Harrier. It’s better Tata start working on Harrier refresh with better smart connectivity infotainment system(connected car) and bring in the moment Creta launches it’s new avtaar

New-Generation Hyundai Creta Design Sketches Revealed

Hyundai has revealed the design sketches of the next-generation Creta ahead of its 2020 Auto Expo debut and we have to admit that the compact SUV looks absolutely stunning, at least in the sketches. Having said that, we still need to wait to see how the production-spec car looks, given that Hyundai's last launch, the Aura subcompact sedan turned out to be a lot different than what appeared in the sketches. The car has also been spotted testing several times in India and it will be bigger in dimensions than thee outgoing model, being heavily inspired from the ix25 which was unveiled in China last year.

Sketch looks excellent, nothing in comparison of the ugly actual Ix25, Creta will be based on, as shown in post #6.
Thanks for the update Nair Sahab.

All-new 2020 Hyundai Creta: Video teaser reveals panoramic sunroof

Hyundai cars are synonymous with new features, and the 2020 Hyundai Creta compact SUV, which is days away from an official reveal at the Indian Auto Expo, is all set to bring in many segment leading features. One such feature is the panoramic sunroof, which has just been revealed through the 2020 Creta’s latest teaser that Hyundai has put out. The compact SUV will rival the likes of the Kia Seltos, Renault Duster, Nissan Kicks and the Maruti S-Cross, and is likely to get a starting price of under Rs. 10 lakh. The 2020 Hyundai Creta is already on sale in the Chinese market, where it’s called the iX25. In India, Hyundai will continue using the hugely successful Creta nameplate. Going by the teaser, expect the 2020 Hyundai Creta to set many segment benchmarks and take the fight right up to the Kia Seltos, which is currently the segment leader in terms of sales.

2020 Hyundai Creta To Launch In March; Details Out

Hyundai is all set to launch the new generation of the Creta in India on March 17, 2020. The car made its debut at the 2020 Auto Expo and at that point in time we only got to see what it looked like from the outside. In terms of design, the new Creta is definitely several notches higher than its predecessor. The tailgate is sculpted with sharp lines and the rear number plate housing has moved up. There's of course, the signature cascading grille which is flanked by DRLs and the LED lamps are easily identifiable. Moreover, the next-gen Creta has grown in dimensions but retains the overall curvy silhouette.

On the features front, there will be a lot more on offer. The new-gen Hyundai Creta now gets a slightly larger screen as well. The screen will see a layout in portrait mode and will also pair up with Hyundai's Blue Link connected car app and telematics solution. The new Creta will get an eSIM or embedded sim card to access all data features including emergency response and concierge services

2020 Hyundai Creta: 4 official sketches of the new SUV’s interiors released

The all-new Hyundai Creta that will be launched in the Indian market looks quite different when compared to the international version of the vehicle. Hyundai did not reveal the interior of the car at the Auto Expo but they have now released four official sketches of the cabin of the all-new Hyundai Creta.

Creta_21.jpg

The four new sketches released by Hyundai shows the all-new dashboard of the Creta. It offers a dual-tone theme with black and beige as primary colours. Even the door pads can be seen in the same theme. Further, the sketches reveal that the vehicle has a large infotainment screen mounted in the centre. The top-end version of the Creta will come with a 10.25-inch screen with Hyundai BlueLink connectivity suite, similar to the Hyundai Venue.

Hyundai will offer vertical AC vents on the sides and the middle vents can be seen mounted above the infotainment screen. The dashboard design looks really clean and there are separate controls for the AC system.

According to the sketches, we may get to see diamond-stitched leather on the seats of the car. Also, the luggage space is shown in the sketch. Hyundai is yet to officially reveal the feature list of the upcoming Hyundai Creta but it is expected to get a panoramic sunroof too

With this new version, I will be interested in the pricing. How much premium would Hyundai be considering over the out-going model knowing that Creta has been priced quite high right from it's first launch. Any guess?
