You can have a look at kenwood for headunits like the 449-6k,better ones 7016-13k.
Front comps for the type of music you listen to,I would suggest you the ground zero radioactive,rear coaxes and a 4 channel amp,sub all from GZ.
This is the model i am talking about

thanks sir. but can you plz give me some more options too. because i'd really like to get d best bang for my buck. and this is my very first time that i'm upgrading ice on my very first car. also i 'd like to have a sub which could be used to shake my neighbourhood too. n do keep in mind sir. i can't exceed on my budget above 30k. so kindly shed some light on cheap methods of damping too. n i've heard that co-axials combined with sub would be overkill. so i dont wanna spend on a pair of co-ax. instead i'd like to have a good amp and amp wiring kit which can easily power my sub n compos. thanx in advance sir :)

There are a lot of other options but will exceed your budget,have a look here at the previously mentioned links.
Would suggest you to get front comps,headunit and a better amp now and upgrade later with a little higher budget if poss. Have suggested brands according to your listening taste.
