Sorry to know about your bad experience. I own 2012 Nano for the past 4.5 years and have covered 86000KMs. Nano is my daily commuter to office. Never had any trouble. The car braved last year flood too. May be a lot of DIY took the toll.
Yes the resale value is pathetic. Today I booked new GenX Nano for my wife and checked the price for my 2012 Nano with Concorde and they offered 55K. I said I will complete 100,000KMs with my Nano and then let it go.
The Concorde service in Ambattur, Chennai is good. Now I will have two Nano with me. As soon as the elder completes 100,000 KMs I will get Tiago for me.
