@ amangill congrats for keeping your 800...their are lot of people who still love 800.and for maintaining your car in original condition the rim can be easily sourced since it is used in omni's too .for grill getting a fresh piece is difficult and you can get used from workshops or scrapyards

Thanks @Adil and @jks92. I have given the old grill for repairing, to get the crack filled up and the whole grill painted. Now I am in search of the MARUTI 800 logo.

In the meantime I've taken out the instrument cluster to clean it up. I am planning to change the front glass of the speedometer as well. I hope I can get one.

Attaching pics of the dismantled console. Will upload more pics after the clean up.

Thanks for your concern swiftshashi but same goes for the cluster too. I've cleaned it up, also found a new front glass (pricol brand) from an old shop nearby and now its as good as new.

I've washed the housing of the instrument cluster using car shampoo, and used an inch wide paint brush to remove the dirt.

The PCB at the back was the dirtiest as it was exposed at the backside of the dash in all these years. Cleaned it using a damped cloth and a little amount of kerosene.

Rest of the parts (ODO, gears, face plate, gauges, bulbs, needles, reflective glass/caps, indicator/beam/battery/oil display covers) were cleaned with Colin, earbuds and microfibre cloth.

Excellent Update Adil! The work is carried out neatly. Hope the drum is painted black after the primer is coated.

I see the wheel bent in the pics, is that taken care of?
