You are correct 7 seater side facing is more practical.

How much mileage I will get for Scorpio mHawk 4WD.

You can get a decent mileage of 11.85, with any type of driving.
On highways 13.5 kmpl with AC and not above that i was able to achieve.
On normal driving the vehicle will be driven with 2WD High in your case so.
The mileage would be same.
Only thing is tyre might wear off fast as the front differential has some weight, and maintainance too.
In cities 8.5-9 kmpl.

They are nice, but one bad thing is they are connected to the chassis frame.
But like the one i have is connected to the front bumper.
Now the choice is yours.
Carry boy used to cost around 5500 INR in 2008.

Fixing the bull bars is not advisable. You could better invest in other useful accessories. Just a suggestion, final call is yours.
PS: New set of alloy wheels looks simple if not cheap. Earlier design used to be fashionable.
