So what were you guys briefed about the session from that lady?

Did the jeep stuck anywhere.

Was it a 4WD?

So sad to see the 1st Thar with JK's, they were supposed to come with BS.

Actually it was not that 'mild'. There were some tough sections. Unfortunately I could not click as I was in the Jeep. I'll try and get the snaps from the other photographers.

Great pictures Peter , looks like you had a nice time! But too bad you couldn't make it till the end.

The Jeep didn't make it but we continued till the end in the Thar.

No she was just the compare. The briefing was by Bijoy Kumar of Mahindra Adventure (he was with BS Motoring earlier)

A lot of jeeps got stuck, but there were Jeeps with winches so they helped out.

Most of the Jeeps were 4WD. Only the campers and a few others were 2WD.

Hey man, Great snaps, too cool an adventure.

Was the front grill of the MM550 modified, because it looked more like the mahindra max grill.

Was thr a gymkhanna round ? One of the pictures has the jeeps in mud and slush facing all directions.

Mahindra Adventure introduces Off Roading Trophy

Mahindra Great Escape participants can now battle it out against each other in an Off-road Championship that Mahindra has introduced for the first time. The championship is christened as Off-road trophy and the winner drives home the new Thar that is equipped with an aircon unit. Other prizes include a set of Maxxis tires and direct entry into Monastery Escape Classic.

I think it is a modified MM540. I remember it from last year's Great Escape. From the sound, it seemed to have some big engine in it.
