I am looking for a CNG car, for wife. She has to travel 80km per day.
I am planning to go for a company fit CNG kit.
Which one do you friends suggest ?

As it has to be driven 160km every day - 5 days a week.. a bigger tank would be benificial.

What i expect
- Milege, Low maintenance, reliable.
- demand in second hand market (When i have to sell it after few years)

Three cars comes to mind.
MS wagonR
Hyundai Santro
Hyundai Grand i10.
Take test drive of All three cars and then update your views here. You didn't mention the budget.
Also if the car Shas to travel 80kms a day then you need to get it refilled everyday. Don't know where you live but here in Delhi one has to wait minimum 15 minutes to get cng filled.
I would suggest you to look at a diesel option.

How about Alto k10, and Kwid ?
Not 80, but it has to be driven 160km every day. Refilling should not be a problem i think, petrol pump is just opposite my home, and at night time, there is not longer queues
How many KG CNG tanks generally hold ?

Alto k10 and kwid offers no safety at all. They both had zero crash test rating. Better avoid them.
WagonR and santro both have 2 star rating. Something is better than nothing.
My car had a 13kg tank and it used to fill around 8-9 kgs I think. I might be wrong though. Best would be to ask sales advisor , also do ask if cng will last for 160kms or not on a single tank.

CNG tank capacity is 12kg and 14 kg and they can fill up to 10-13 kg as per pressure available. If it is mother pump then you will get 11+ kg easily.
BTW what is your budget ?
WagonR is best option however kwid do not get factory fitted CNG
Also I assume Hundai also do not have factory fitted CNG but at dealer level fitting , but not sure.
If she is driving alone then Alto would be good option.
