Yes be careful with those clips, very easy to break, pry using a screw driver softly
I guess I will wait for a youtube video/guide to understand it properly.
Since this was a big one , i went to a proper michelin store and had a big patch installed - they worked on it for over a hr - rubbing cleaning and eventually patching
The guy I gave to is going to work on it for 3 days. He is going to go some process like heat the tyre and fill melted rubber or something. Will report back.

There is no need for it - the tyre might lose its integral strength. Dont go for such local jhugad!
I am assuming the hole diameter is the width of the bolt.

I got a bit delayed doing the 30K service , as per Isuzu its minor and they only do the front hub greasing apart from the check ups.
I changed the oil, oil filter and fuel filter as well as i have a habit of doing this every 10k kms. Cleaned AC and Air filter, torqued suspension, cleaned the brake liners.
Also oiled the rear cover motor gears

Hub greasing and greased the upper arms, also grinding the upper arm cap slightly.

Thanks Iron Rock - I found RaceKraft in Madhapur Hyderabad doing Stage 1 remaps. They are handling all high end vehicles so my figo 1.4 tdci isn't a big deal for them. Cost is on the higher end though for a stage 1 remap. I would try them this week.

Some experiments dont exactly go to plan! The upper arms experiment is a failure!
I had put in custom upper arms from overland plateau an year back or so - while it took care of reducing the stress on steering - it didn't really help as i underestimated the physics side of it.
The upper ball joint was too close to the tires and i didn't have any negative offset alloys or didn't want to put in spacers.

I have gone back to the original arms - will need to keep an eye if it puts any unnecessary stress on the steering. It was never bad, but sometimes we tend to overdo it in enthusiasm! We fail, we learn!
