Honda Activa 6G Gets A Price Hike Of ₹ 995


The prices of the Honda Activa 6G have been increased by ₹ 955 across the board. The standard model of the Activa 6G is now priced at ₹ 65,419 while the deluxe variant is priced at ₹ 66,919. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. This is the second time that the scooter is getting price hike, with the first hike of ₹ 552 implemented in April 2020. The scooter was launched in January 2020. Apart from the price hike, nothing changes on the scooter, which still continues to be the best-selling model for Honda in India.

BS6 Honda Unicorn Price Hiked By ₹ 955


The Honda Unicorn BS6 gets a price hike of ₹ 955 and the motorcycle is now priced at ₹ 94,548 (ex-showroom, Delhi. The BS6 Honda Unicorn was launched in February 2020 at a price of ₹ 93,593 and this is the first price hike the motorcycle gets since then. The new Unicorn 160 BS6 not only gets an updated engine but the styling is revised too, the comfort and practicality aspect improves and the motorcycle gets a few new features as well.

Hero Destini 125 BS6 Receives A Second Price Hike Of ₹ 500


Hero MotoCorp has increased prices for the Destini 125 BS6 scooter in the market by ₹ 500. The Hero Destini 125 BS6 range now starts from ₹ 65,810 for the steel wheels variant, going up to ₹ 68,600 for the alloy wheels variant (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi). The price hike is one of the lowest we've seen in recent times. However, it needs to be noted that the scooter did receive a price increase in May this year to the tune of ₹ 1300. That being said, the Destini 125 still remains the most affordable 125 cc scooter on sale right now competing against the likes of the Honda Activa 125 and the Suzuki Access 125 in the segment.

BS6 TVS NTorq 125 Gets A Price Hike Of ₹ 500


TVS Motor Company has increased the prices for all variants of the TVS NTorq 125 by ₹ 500. The company launched the BS6 version of the NTorq 125 in March 2020 and this is the third price hike for the scooter since then. In June 2020, TVS had increased the prices of the NTorq 125 range by ₹ 910 while in August 2020 the scooter had a price hike of ₹ 1,000 again. Currently, the drum brake version of the TVS NTorq 125 is priced at ₹ 68,385 while the disc brake variant is priced at ₹ 72,385. Lastly, the Race Edition model of the NTorq is priced at ₹ 74,865. BS6 Bajaj Dominar Gets A Price Hike of ₹ 1,507; Now Priced At ₹ 1.96 Lakh


Bajaj Auto has increased the prices of the Bajaj Dominar BS6 for the second time since its BS6 model was launched. With the latest price hike of ₹ 1,507, the Bajaj Dominar BS6 is now priced at ₹ 1.96 lakh. Apart from the price, the motorcycle stays the same. The BS6 variant of the Bajaj Dominar was launched in April 2020 and at the time it was priced at ₹ 1.91 lakh. Along with the Dominar 400, Bajaj also increased the prices of the Dominar 250 by ₹ 4,090. Currently, the Bajaj Dominar 250 retails at ₹ 1.64 lakh. All prices mentioned are ex-showroom, Delhi. The Bajaj Dominar 400 was launched in 2016 and at that time, it was priced at ₹ 1.60 lakh. So, in the four years, the Dominar has seen a price hike of over ₹ 35,000.

KTM, Husqvarna hike prices across range

KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles Get A Price Hike Of Up To ₹ 4,485

KTM and Husqvarna have increased the prices of its motorcycles in India from January 4, 2021. The price hikes range from Rs, 1,466 and go up to ₹ 4,885. The KTM 390 Adventure gets the biggest price hike of ₹ 4,485 and is now priced at ₹ 3.10 lakh. The motorcycle got a price hike of ₹ 1,447 just a month ago. The KTM RC 125, the smallest faired motorcycle from the company, got the lowest price hike, which is ₹ 1,496. It is now priced at ₹ 1.63 lakh.

Honda H'ness CB 350 Receives Price Hike By Up To ₹ 2,500

The Honda H'ness CB 350 has received its first price hike in the new year. Honda 2Wheelers India has silently increased prices on its new modern-classic motorcycle by ₹ 1,500 on the DLX variant, which is now priced at ₹ 1,86,500. Meanwhile, the range-topping CB 350 DLX Pro variant is dearer by ₹ 2,500 and costs ₹ 1,92,500 (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi). Honda Hornet 2.0 Prices Increased In India By ₹ 1,268

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has increased the prices of the Honda Hornet 2.0 by ₹ 1,268. The standard variant of the Hornet 2.0 is priced at ₹ 128,195 while the Respol Edition is priced at ₹ 130,195. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. The Honda Hornet 2.0 replaced the Honda CB Hornet 160 in Honda's premium commuter motorcycle line-up. It gets a bigger 184 cc engine, new features and a new design. The motorcycle was launched in India last year in August 2020.

Bajaj Auto has silently updated prices on the Dominar range for the 2021 model year. The Bajaj Dominar 400 now comes with a price tag of ₹ 199,755 (ex-showroom, Delhi), which makes the flagship Bajaj more expensive by ₹ 1,997. The Bajaj Dominar 250, on the other hand, is now more expensive by ₹ 2,000 and retails at ₹ 167,718 (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi). The price hikes do not come with any changes and the bikes continue to use the same mechanicals as before.

Bajaj Dominar 250, Dominar 400 Prices Increased By ₹ 3,000

Bajaj Auto has increased the prices of the Bajaj Dominar 250 and Dominar 400 by ₹ 3,000. This is the second price hike that the motorcycles got in 2021. The Dominar 250 is now priced at ₹ 170,720 while the Dominar 400 is priced at ₹ 202,755. The motorcycles were earlier priced at ₹ 167,718 and ₹ 199,755 respectively. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. The motorcycles stay the same as before, with no changes apart from the increase in prices.

TVS NTorq 125 Gets A Price Hike Of Up To ₹ 1,540

TVS Motor Company has increased the prices for all variants of the TVS NTorq 125 by up to ₹ 1,540. The NTorq 125 SuperSquad edition gets the maximum price hike of ₹ 1,540 while the drum brake variant gets a price hike of ₹ 540. Currently, the drum brake version of the TVS NTorq 125 is priced at ₹ 71,095 while the disc brake variant is priced at ₹ 75,395. The Race Edition model of the NTorq is priced at ₹ 78,375. And lastly, the SuperSquad edition of the NTorq 125 is priced at ₹ 81,075. All prices mentioned are ex-showroom, Delhi.

TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Prices Increased By ₹ 1,295

TVS Motor Company has increased the prices of the Apache RTR 200 4V by ₹ 1,295 in India. Presently, the single-channel ABS is priced at ₹ 129,315 and the dual-channel ABS model is priced at ₹ 134,365. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. The motorcycle continues to get the same 198 cc single-cylinder four-valve, oil-cooled engine that develops 20.54 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 18.1 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm. The motor is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. For 2021, the motorcycle was launched with riding modes. The three riding modes are Urban, Rain, and Sport, which offer noticeable change in ride and performance.

TVS Increases Prices Of Jupiter, Scooty Range In India

TVS Motor Company has updated the prices of most of its two-wheeler models in India such as the NTorq 125 and the Apache range. Now, the company has also updated the prices of the Jupiter, Scooty Zest 110 and the Scooty Pep Plus. The price hike ranges from ₹ 940 for the Jupiter Sheet Metal variant to ₹ 2,535 for the Scooty Pep Plus matte variant. Apart from the increase in prices, there are no other updates to the scooters. Bajaj Chetak Gets A Price Hike Of Up To ₹ 27,620

Just days after closing the bookings of the Chetak electric scooter, Bajaj Auto has increased the prices of the scooter by up to ₹ 27,620. The Bajaj Chetak Premium gets a price hike of ₹ 24,620 while the Urbane variant sees its price increase by ₹ 24,620. The Bajaj Chetak Premium now costs ₹ 144,620 while the Chetak Urbane is priced at ₹ 142,620. Both prices are ex-showroom, Pune. At present, the Chetak electric scooter is sold only in Pune and Bengaluru but Bajaj revealed on its social media handles that it will soon launch the Chetak in Hyderabad and Chennai as well. Bajaj also said that the Chetak will be available in 24 other cities across India by 2022.

Honda H'Ness CB350 Gets A Price Hike Of ₹ 3,400

The Honda H'Ness CB350 has done well for Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) in the last few months. And now the company has increased the prices of the motorcycle for the second time since its launch. Both variants of the Honda H'Ness CB350 get a price hike of ₹ 3,405. The H'Ness CB350 Deluxe variant is now priced at ₹ 189,905 while the Deluxe Pro variant is priced at ₹ 195,905. Both prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. The H'Ness CB3350 is sold via Honda's BigWing dealerships.
