BS6 RE Bullet, Classic 350 & Himalayan Prices Hiked

Royal Enfield has hiked the prices of three of its bikes by around Rs 2,750, which include the Bullet 350, the Classic 350 as well as the Himalayan

The Bullet 350 is offered in two variants – the standard trim, and the ES (Electric Start) variant, which were previously priced from Rs 1,21,583 and Rs 1,37,194 (ex-showroom) onwards. Here is the updated price of the bike-

2020 Kawasaki Versys 1000 BS6 Prices Out; Becomes Dearer By ₹ 10,000



India Kawasaki Motorcycle has silently revised the price of its litre-class adventure touring motorcycle - Versys 1000. The 2020 Kawasaki Versys 1000 is now priced at ₹ 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India), receiving a price hike of ₹ 10,000, compared to earlier. Before this, it was in April 2019 that the bike received a price hike of ₹ 20,000, to ₹ 10.89 lakh from ₹ 10.69 lakh (both ex-showroom, India). Visually and in terms of features, however, the motorcycle remains unchanged, and it continues to be offered in two colour options - Pearl Stardust White/Metallic Spark Black, and Candy Lime Green/Metallic Spark Black.

Husqvarna Svartpilen 250 & Vitpilen 250 Receive First Price Hike

Earlier this year, Bajaj Auto introduced the Swedish two-wheeler manufacturing brand ‘Husqvarna’ in the Indian market with the launch of two 250 cc motorcycles, the Svartpilen 250 and Vitpilen 250. Both the bikes were priced from Rs 1.80 lakh (ex-showroom) as an introductory offer, and Bajaj has finally given the Husqvarna twins their first price hike in the country. Both the bikes have now become dearer by Rs 4,736, and will now be retailed at a base price of Rs 1,84,768 (ex-showroom).

Big Price Hike On Entire KTM Lineup – RC125, Duke 125 To 390 Adventure

KTM India, the local subsidiary of the popular Austrian motorcycle, has increased the prices of its entire lineup, barring the 790 Duke. With this, the KTM motorcycles have got dearer by at least Rs 4,096.

The KTM 390 Duke is costlier by Rs 4,978 and costs Rs 2.57 lakh, while the 250 Duke, at Rs 2.05 lakh, is Rs 4,736 dearer than before. The KTM 200 Duke costs Rs 1.76 lakh, which is Rs 4,096 more than before while the KTM 125 Duke, at Rs 1.42 lakh, has become Rs 4,223 costlier.

BS6 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, RTR 200 4V Prices Hiked By Up To ₹ 2,500

TVS Motor Company has increased the prices of the Apache RTR 160 4V and the RTR 200 4V in India. The BS6 versions of the RTR 160 4V and the RTR 200 4V were launched in November last year. The RTR 160 range gets a price hike of ₹ 2,000 while the RTR 200 gets a price hike of ₹ 2,500. The old and new prices along with the quantum of price hike are given below. All prices mentioned are ex-showroom, Delhi. One of the reasons of the price hikes could be to offset the losses caused by the impact of COVID-19 on various automotive manufacturers and in this case, TVS.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon price hiked to Rs 90,000

One of Bajaj’s more affordable Pulsar models, the 150 Neon, has witnessed another price hike. The most recent hike, of around Rs 5,000, has taken the 150cc motorcycle’s price to Rs 90,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The on-road cost, meanwhile, is expected to cross the Rs 1 lakh-mark.

BS6 Suzuki Burgman Street Gets A Price Hike Of ₹ 1,800


Suzuki Motorcycle India has increased the prices of the BS6 Burgman Street by ₹ 1,800 in India. The Burgman Street is currently priced at ₹ 79,700 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The scooter received a price hike of ₹ 7,000 when the BS6 variant was launched. The Burgman Street BS6 continues to use the 125 cc single-cylinder motor. The engine is now fuel injected and also gets Suzuki's Eco Performance technology. It makes 8.7 bhp at 6,750 rpm and 10 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm. The power output stays the same on the BS6 engine but the peak torque output drops just 0.2 Nm, which is negligible actually.

BS6 Suzuki Access 125 Gets A Price Hike Of ₹ 1,700 Across Range



Suzuki Motorcycle India has increased the price of its BS6 Access 125 scooter range by ₹ 1,700. The prices now start from ₹ 68,800 and go up to ₹ 73,400. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. Suzuki offers a total of five variants of the Access 125 in India and each variant gets a price hike of ₹ 1,700. The BS6 Access 125 was launched in January 2020 and received a price hike of ₹ 2,300 in March 2020. This is the second time that the scooter is getting a price hike after being launched.

BS6 TVS Radeon Gets A Price Hike Of ₹ 750


The 2020 BS6 TVS Radeon was launched about a month and a half ago, in April 2020. The prices started at ₹ 58,992 and went up to ₹ 64,992. The prices saw an increase by up to ₹ 8,600 approximately. But now the company has further hiked the prices of the 110 cc commuter motorcycle by ₹ 750 on the entire range. Now, the prices of the TVS commuter motorcycle start at ₹ 59,742 and go up to ₹ 62,742. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. Many manufacturers have increased the prices of their two-wheelers in order to nullify the losses for April 2020 where almost all companies didn't have any business.

BS6 TVS NTorq 125 Prices Hiked By ₹ 910


TVS Motor Company had launched the BS6 NTorq 125 in March 2020, with prices starting at ₹ 65,975. The company has now increased the prices of its flagship scooter by ₹ 910 across the three variants. The drum brake version of the BS6 TVS NTorq 125 is now priced at ₹ 66,885, the disc brake version is priced at ₹ 70,885 and the top-spec Race Edition of the NTorq 125 is priced at ₹ 73,365. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. The updated prices are on the official website as well.

BS6 TVS Jupiter Scooter Receives A Price Hike


TVS Motor Company has silently increased the price of yet another BS6 model in its line-up, and this time around it is the TVS Jupiter 110 cc scooter. Both the Jupiter and the Jupiter ZX variants have received a marginal bump of ₹ 613, and now retail at ₹ 62,062 and ₹ 64,062, respectively, while the top-end trim, TVS Jupiter Classic, has become dearer by ₹ 651 and it is now sold at ₹ 68,562 (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi).

TVS Scooty Pep Plus BS6 gets its first price revision

The TVS Scooty Pep Plus BS6 was launched in April this year at a starting price of INR 51,754*. It is available in 3 variants - Standard, Babelicious and Matte Edition. TVS has hiked the prices of all the 3 variants by INR 800. No changes in the specifications and features have been made.

BS6 Bajaj Avenger Street 160 And Cruise 220 Prices Hiked


Bajaj Auto has increased the price hike the Avenger Street 160 and Avenger Cruise 220 by ₹ 1,216 and ₹ 2,500 respectively. The new prices are ₹ 94,893 and ₹ 119,174. All prices are ex-showroom Delhi. The BS6 Bajaj Avenger range was launched in April 2020 at a price of ₹ 93,677 and ₹ 116,674. The Avenger Street 160 gets a 160 cc single-cylinder engine which is air-cooled and fuel injected. It makes 14.8 bhp and 13.7 Nm. The Avenger Cruise 220 gets a 220 cc single-cylinder engine that makes 18.7 bhp and 17.5 Nm. Both motorcycles get a 5-speed gearbox.

Hero Pleasure Plus 110 BS6 Gets Its First Price Hike



The BS6 compliant Hero Pleasure+ 110 has received its first price hike to the tune of ₹ 800. The BS6 Hero Pleasure+ 110 now starts at ₹ 55,600 for the sheet metal version, while the range-topping model with alloy wheels is priced at ₹ 57,600 (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi). Mechanically, the scooter remains unchanged. The increase in prices was expected after nearly five months since the launch of the BS6 version of the scooter in January 2020. Not just Hero, other two-wheeler makers have also hiked prices across its BS6 offerings in the past few days.

Bajaj Pulsar 220F BS6 Gets A Price Hike


Most two-wheeler makers are increasing prices across their respective BS6 range and Bajaj Auto too has increased prices on several models across its range. The company has silently increased prices on the BS6 compliant version of the Pulsar 220F that was introduced earlier this year. The Bajaj Pulsar 220F BS6 is a price hike of ₹ 2,503, and now retails at ₹ 1.20 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The BS6 version of the popular 220F was introduced in April this year and had already received a price increase of ₹ 8,960 over the BS4 model. The latest price increase pushes the overall hike to ₹ 11,463 over the older version.
