Hero Splendor, Deluxe, Passion, Maestro – Price hike announced

Hero Motocorp has quietly increased the prices across its entire product portfolio. While the new prices are yet to be updated on the company’s official website, the hike is effective immediately. Though the company has not stated a reason for the price hike, we expect rising input costs to be the culprit as usual. The price hike comes at a time the two wheeler industry has been witnessing a prolonged slow down so it could also be viewed as one way of saving the bottom line from slipping further. For most customers, the 1% price hike wouldn’t come as a deal breaker.

2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 Price Hiked by Rs 6,000

Bajaj Auto has announced a price hike of Rs 6,000 for the 2019 Dominar 400 in India. The motorcycle will now be on sale at Rs 1.80 lakh (ex-showroom). At its launch, the motorcycle was launched at an introductory price of Rs 1.74 lakhs. This was at a premium of Rs 10,000 over the previous model.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 range prices have now been revised. For the brand, its Pulsar 150 series is a high volume product. Within the product range, the price hike extends from Rs 499 to Rs 2,950.

Honda CB300R Receives Its First Price Hike

The Honda CB300R has received its first price hike since launch and now retails at ₹ 2.42 lakh (ex-showroom). The CB300R is now dearer by ₹ 989, over its launch price of ₹ 2.41 lakh from February this year. The Honda CB300R met with a highly positive response at the time of its launch and was sold out for the next three months since the motorcycle went on sale.

KTM 125 Duke and RC 125 Prices Hiked

KTM has increased the prices of the 125 Duke and the RC 125 in India. The price of the KTM 125 Duke goes up by ₹ 2,248 and is now priced at ₹ 1, 32,500. Similarly, the price of the KTM RC 125 goes up by ₹ 1,537 and is now priced at ₹ 1, 48,750. The 125 Duke was launched in India in November 2018 at a price of ₹ 1.18 lakh while the RC 125 was launched in June 2019 at a price of ₹ 1.47 lakh.

Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Prices Increased

Royal Enfield has increased prices of the company's more affordable Royal Enfield Bullet 350 models which were introduced in August 2019. The two models which will see a price increase are the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 (kick-start), as well as the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 (electric start). The entry-level motorcycle in the Royal Enfield family, at ₹ 1,12,000 (ex-showroom) for the kick-start version, and the ₹ 1,26,000 (ex-showroom) for the electric start version, will now cost ₹ 1,14,755 (ex-showroom) and ₹ 1,30,365 for the electric start variant.

Yamaha R15 V3 goes BS6: Prices increase by Rs. 5,000

Yamaha has just launched the Bharat Stage 6 (BS6) emission norms compliant version of the best-selling R15 V3.0 sportsbike. The BS6 compliance has come at at the cost of a Rs. 5,000 increase in ex-showroom prices. The Yamaha R15 V3.0 BS6 is priced at Rs. 1,45,300, ex-showroom Delhi. The motorcycle is the second from Yamaha Motor India to achieve BS6 compliance, after the FZ range received the update last month.

BS6 TVS Apache RR 310 sportsbike to get pricier by a WHOPPING Rs. 39,000: Leaked document

If you’re interested in the TVS Apache RR 310, the best time to buy the sportsbike is NOW. The Bharat Stage 6 (BS6) emission norms will make this sportsbike more expensive by a whopping Rs. 38,870, which makes it nearly 20 % pricier than the BS4 model on sale currently. Hero MotoCorp To Hike Prices Across Range By ₹ 2000 From January 2020

World's largest two-wheeler manufacturer, Hero MotoCorp has announced that the company will be increasing prices across its range of products with effect from January 1, 2020. The price revision will be on the ex-showroom prices by up to ₹ 2000, but will vary depending on the model and the specific market.

Benelli Imperiale 400 price hiked to Rs 1.79 lakh

Last year, Benelli launched its first retro-styled motorcycle in India at a competitive price of Rs 1.69 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The Imperiale is Benelli’s bid to rival the very popular Royal Enfield Classic 350, and at that price point, it definitely did. Now, the introductory offer period has ended and the bike maker has increased costs of the Imperiale 400 by Rs 10,000. The Imperiale 400 in its silver colour scheme now costs Rs 1.79 lakh, while the black colour scheme costs an additional Rs 10,000 at Rs 1.89 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

Honda Activa 6G & SP 125 Prices Increased By ₹ 552

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has silently hiked prices on the Activa 6G and SP 125 two-wheelers in its line-up. Both models are now more expensive by ₹ 552, which is the same as the Honda Activa 125 that also received a price increase recently. It is to be noted that while the the Activa 125 and the SP 125 were launched in September and November 2019 respectively, the Activa 6G is barely three months old and already been subjected to a hike in price. The Honda Activa 6G range now starts at ₹ 64,464 for the standard variant and ₹ 65,964 for the Deluxe trim. Meanwhile, the Honda SP 125 is priced at ₹ 73,452 for the drum version, and ₹ 77,652 (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi) for the disc variant.

BS6 Hero Splendor iSmart Gets A Price Hike Of ₹ 2,200

Hero MotoCorp introduced the BS6 Splendor iSmart with fuel-injection technology in November last year at ₹ 64,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi). As the new BS6 norms came into effect in the country earlier this month, the two-wheeler manufacturer has silently increased the prices of the Splendor iSmart commuter by ₹ 2,200. The Splendor iSmart was the first BS6 motorcycle rolled out by Hero MotoCorp. The self-start disc brake alloy wheel FI variant of the Splendor iSmart now retails at ₹ 67,100. It comes with a BS6 compliant engine & PFi with advanced sensor technology.

BS6 Honda Dio Prices Hiked For The First Time

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has updated the prices of the BS6 compliant Dio scooter for the first time. The 2020 Honda Dio is now priced from ₹ 60,542 for the standard version, witnessing a marginal price hike of ₹ 552. Meanwhile, the range-topping Deluxe variant on the Dio now retails at ₹ 63,892 (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi). You may remember that the Honda Activa 6G, Activa 125 and even the SP 125 received a similar price hike a few weeks ago.

Prices Of Both Variant Of BS6 Bajaj Pulsar 150 Hiked

The price hike means that the Pulsar 150 Twin Disc is now priced over Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom), while it continues to rival the TVS Apache RTR 160 and Yamaha FZ-S

The BS6 Bajaj Pulsar 150 was previously priced at Rs 94,956 for the standard variant, while the twin disc version costed Rs 98,835 (both prices, ex-showroom Delhi). The Standard variant of the Pulsar 150 will now cost Rs 96,960, the Twin Disc trim’s price is now over Rs 1 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom Delhi). However, no other changes have been made to the bike.
