In Automatic,the best is to go for Verna Diesel.Rafian is right.Chevy maintenance is heavy and resale value is not good.

Hi Guzzler.. We are getting a Verna AT for my uncle. He is physically challenged. The Ex-Showroom price for Fluidic Verna AT Diesel is Rs.11,46,922. The Onroad is Rs.13,75,910.
He can't drive MT because his left limb is disabled (Can't operate the clutch). If we apply for the Excise Duty concession how much can we save on this model?

Hi Experts, I am person with right leg disability.I want to buy a small car with a budget of 5-7L. I have few questions on which I need your kind guidance.
1) Should I go for a MT or automatic? As there are very limited choices into AT in given budget.(Only A-star,Ritz AT, Hyundai i10). Ritz AT is not available in Bangalore. Hyundai people have denied to process my application for new vehicle.
2)Excise duty and Road tax benefits can be claimed earlier (like during booking\registration) or first I need to pay and later claim for refund.
3)I am bit conservative about a-star as several forum are reporting less leg/boot space.Would it be wise choice.
4) Also I would be grateful if someone can share the experience for Driving license for Disabled..

@kamalSK,i cannot comment on other things but i would say get hyundai i10 automatic.it is one of the best automatics available.if you want more power(fun) then go for Honda brio auto.(A star auto is not good outside city limits. Dont know anything about ritz A/T) Hope this helps
