hyosung gt250 is very popular here with the learners. Its the same bike but with 250cc engine. These bikes are quite good as per a mcn review i saw. But quilty would still be on my mind

Garware Motors has just now launched the Hyosung GT650R and the ST7 in Delhi. The GT650R is priced at Rs. 4.74 lakhs, whereas the ST7 is priced at Rs. 5.64 lakhs (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi). The company says the bikes have no competition and they have carved out a niche in the market. Showrooms coming up first in Gurgaon and then Pune (will be inaugurated tomorrow) and Mumbai. Garware Motors has already received 1000 bookings for the Hyosung bikes. Bookings can be made for Rs. 50,000/-. More to follow, live from the launch. source - motorbeam

Garware Motors Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Garware Bestretch Ltd, plans to go in for 100 per cent manufacturing of Hyosung bikes in the country over the next two years. The company – which has a tie up with South Korea-based S&T Motors – currently assembles the bikes at its plant at Wai in Maharashtra, said Mr Hyder Ali Khan, Chief Operating Officer, Garware Motors Ltd.
“In the first phase, we are looking at manufacturing close to 40 per cent of the parts that goes into the bike locally. We are in talks with two-to-three vendors for the same,” Mr Khan said on Saturday. The company's assembly plant in Maharashtra has a capacity to manufacture 8-10 bikes a day. source - hindu business line
