:agree: I vote for 80 bhp. 20 hp is too low but okay for bumper to bumper city drive.
Depends upon the power to weight ratio of the bike, and 20bhp is not that low in Indian conditions. 90% people wont be able to handle anything above 60bhp on two wheels. For instance try riding a full blown RX135 5 speeder. I had one, It had disc brakes up front, a custom expansion chamber, a ported and polished barrel with altered gearing, etc. It had around 26 bhp on tap and it could do 0-100kmph in around 8 secs. The top speed was over 140kmph. Another example was the RD 350 which had 30.5 bhp as stock and most people feared to ride as it was one hair raiser! 20 bhp is too much for someone who's new to biking. And 80 bhp and upwards are meant for seasoned riders or experts.
