Hi Team, I am owning a 2017 model Honda City VX MT varient. I face a lot of issues on the voice clarity when I connect my phone to the Hands free system in Digipad. The reception is too poor that my voice doesnt reach the other end. Lot of complaints are made to Magnum Honda, they escalated to Honda Cars. However, Honda was not able to revert with any solutions here.
The position of the mic is on the Digipad itself, just below the A/C vent. Honda claims that the issue would be because of the Air Blow noise. However, I tried speaking with blower off, and found the clarity is slightly better; but not to an acceptable range.
Does anyone face this issue here..? Need suggestion on if we can have an external Mic fitted to the Digipad..? If so, any recommendations on where to get it fitted in Bangalore..?
