Hi guys, I am using a Honda brio for last 4 years and I have recently changed the shock absorbers due to vibration during the 65K service....after changing shocks the vibration and road handling is still the same and has not improved . I am planing to upgrade the shock absorber to ARC brand. Heard from one of my friend with positive review. Please suggest any other alternative or what can be done to make a smother ride.

Tyres in use: Yokohama 175 / 65 R14 - Non alloy.

Hi machoman4lyf
even i am facing similar issue regarding vibration on Brio.
Mine is a 2012 model SMT (O) varient with non alloy wheels and using Good Year F1 185/65/R14 tyres. Below things helped me a lot , but still face vibrations with unknown root cause.
  • Using tyre pressure between 30psi to 33psi
  • All door beading i have changed which has helped a lot.
  • Dampened all 4 doors with sound proof material which improved the isolation of external noise and reduced the door vibration
Vibrations from my front dashboard ( Airbag portion ) and the passenger seat are still persisting , for which i am searching for solutions.

I hope this helps you .

Regards
