Yes.They are worth.They add few BHP and torque that is secret recipe for racer or performance enthusiast.please use a good quality engine oil with excellent cleaning property.small dust and debries get cleaned and later deposite in the engine oil filter.It is good idea to replace oil filter around 5-6K post fresh engine oil change.minor top up maybe needed.I would suggest to try out synthetic engine oil from Mobil or Shell.
