Help in Buying a Used Mahindra Scorpio 2004

2004 scorpio 2.6dx 8 seater run 123000 km with a price tag of 3.85L negotiable upto 3.40L.
What I like is well maintained ext and interior, no smoke from engine, central ac, new tyres.
What I didn't like- 123000 odo, clutch hard.
Is it worth buying at this price tag of 3.40L.
What are the maintenance costs of scorpio?

Personally I will not look at a used car which has clocked over lakh kilometers. More so when it’s not an uncommon model. Please check around for more Scorpios done more or less around 50,000 Kms. To answer the question in short, it is not worth buying the model in question at this price tag.

No point buying it, the car has clocked a lot of miles plus Mahindra's servicing will be a disaster. Soon, I bet that the engine will seize in 4-5k kms. So, stay away from it.
