The Suzuka race was marred with Jules Bianchi’s crash; just wondering why didn’t the drivers demand the race to be stopped due to heavy rain.
Remember the 1976 World Championship when Niki Lauda refused to race as the conditions did not suit for racing.

Back in 1976 drivers life was more precious than it is today. If the race was canceled the sponsors would have been at loss and thats the last thing Bernie would have wanted.

Well, they do not have to necessarily cancel the race; but FIA could have opted not to restart the race after the first red flag was out something similar to 2009 Malaysian GP.

Sebastian Vettel now world’s highest-paid sportsman with $80M Ferrari deal.

Sebastian Vettel is now poised to become the world’s highest paid sportsperson, thanks to his new contract with Ferrari that’s reportedly worth 150 million pounds sterling for three years. Or, $80 million US dollars per year.

TAI-gers, just read an article the F1 is coying of having 3 cars per team which is a on going debate with how the less budget teams cope with it; but I would like to open a different perspective on Fernando Alonso and Ferrari plans. So far, neither Ferrari or Fernando has come out and said that they are departing and I 'am speculating here that Fernando might be part of the 3 car per team program which means Ferrari will be the first team to field 3 WC in their cars. Share your thoughts on this prospect.[:)]
