Ford Initiates “Quick Lane” Service Facility in India

Ford has introduced a unique and first ever “Quick Lane” service facility in India. The idea of this concept is simple, bring your Ford car anytime without an appointment at the service center and get it serviced straight away. For now, it's available only in Metro Ford (Bangalore), and offers a convenient service to the customers who are short on time. Therefore, the working hours have been extended on work days (including Saturday) as well. You can also interact directly with the service advisor on the shop floor, and relax in an air-conditioned, Wi-Fi equipped lounge when the car is being treated in workshop. While the main Ford Service centers will serve as place to go for all types of services especially major requirements, Quick Lane will cater to offering quick and efficient services, such as minor repairs.
