Wash Fluid Pouch 1 L: Rs 52

Oil Filter: DV4: Rs 319

Fuel T Clng: Rs 356

Engine Oil 5W30 Castrol: 4.2 L @ 215/l: Rs 903

Total:Rs 1167

Total 1951 (Including VAT)



Seems service center guy duped me Rs 356 for Fuel T (Tank or something guys plz varify). New Car don't need fuel tank cleaning.[frustration]

I was in a hurry and didn't notice this then.

Fuel tank cleaning was not required at all. Nonetheless, thanks for keeping us in a loop with the timely updates of your Figo. It's really useful for prospective buyers.

@ brandoo, Good to hear about your pleasant service experience with Ford. What is the service interval for Figo diesel? Is it 10k or 1 year which ever is earlier OR 10k or 6 months which ever is earlier ? (please excuse if it is a repeat question)

I just spoke to Delhi Ford and reported my complain about duping me Rs 356 for Fuel Tank Cleaning in a band new car.

Service interval for Figo D is 10000 K or 1 yr which ever is earlier.

Ford is calling time and gain to get back from customers. I have got two calls from Service center Delhi Ford, One from chennai, and one from London.

Well the dealerships always add such non-sense to the bill , has happened several times with me for both the cars. They add things like horn tuning , head lamp adjustment , silencer cleaning etc etc

True. I have had a chat with service manager and he told me that he will refund the amount. I will go to service center some time.

I threatened to take the matter to the London office of Ford.
Recent efforts by Ford to take customer feedback are main reason behind the slight improvement in services. Service center people called me thrice to know my feedback and told me to report it excellent when I get call from head office.

Left rear and right rear door is producing squeaking sound and vibration respectively, thought nothing serious but still annoying.
Guys how to rectify this.

Dont worry about the minor rattles, they can be fixed. get them checked at the Service centre.

About those squeaking noises, I believe they will go away on their own. Sometimes they do come up (in small amounts) if you offroad for longer durations. Also, do get them checked with Service station in case they dont and annoy.
