vinyl floor mats with matching colors to your seat covers would go a long way to keep the interior beautiful & clean. my wife has the habit of spreading news papers over the vinyl mat so that removing the soiled ones is easy and the interior is always dirt free. the sun control films on my car i think are garware films.

Looks beautiful in white. IMHO don't remove the headrests, they are more for safety than comfort. It's a bit early to ask but 'kitna deti hai?'
For the problem of rear view may be you can look at rear camera.
I also use two types of mats, one carpet type and other on the top of it are transparent(black).
