I started by cutting the top of the woofer box and made a pentagon out of the same wood and positioned it with a support. Then took an old banian and wrapped it with that. On the other hand I started my speaker box too. I had to normal folds which were used to fix to speaker in the doors. I joined both that in by plywood on its back and check that my speakers will fit, then I made a base for that, decided how I want that to look like and positioned it on the base. Once again the same wrapped it with a shirt. but at that time i didn't have wood stapler [frustration]used small nails.

@truecitylover: you are right. You can just pull the cloth in the way you want and press the trigger pin comes out like a bullet penetrates the wood and hold the stuff in place. If possible in the next post I will post my stapler's pic in the next threat.

MAN you are just revealing our jobs!

method is 100% perfect

But the sub box and collor are wood. why u need a fibre glass only on top.
imo entire thing must be made in fibre glass to reduce space and take shape of the car!

Excellent DIY job Thomas.

DIY stuff needs a lot of patience for proper execution, which you seem to have in abundance.

yeah you need patience and tools to smoothen the outcome of fg .
then putty work to mould them

Your door pad looks too rough , good for a diy.

WORKING with FIBRE GLASS IS HIGHLY CARCINOGENIC. esp while grinding them
