Haha, then join me on my trip to Jaipur(don't know which day but this month itself)and you will be abusing me for making the trip hell for you. Why?I make night drive(it takes just 5 hours)and that is also nearly non-stop.Only place I stop is on filling stations.
I covered Delhi-Jaipur in 4.5 hrs in day and 4 hrs in night but over the time my driving stamina also got down, i almost gave up night drives and now rarely drove for more than 10hrs in a day

Mine is in Dehradun with my father.
Right now I am quite short of time, but will definitely come up with a 1 year/50k kms ownership review of the car.
Waiting for your long term ownership review as i am considering Jetta and Laura for my next purchase in few years.

Going by this pace, the stamina definitely goes down. But still I prefer making long full night drives.I frequently make Meerut-Ajmer and Meerut-Jodhpur/Udaipur trips and making full night trips help a lot in such cases.

Day-2

Date: 07-04-2012
Day: Saturday
Destination: Local site seeing
Mode of transport: Hotel taxi (Indica), charged INR 1400+taxes for 8hrs & 80Km
Start time: 10:00 AM
End Time: 6:30 PM
Total Hrs: 8:30 Hrs
Places covered: Amer fort, Jaigarh fort, Kanak Vrindavan, Jal mahal, City Palace, Hawa mahal, Albert hall museum, Jaipur Zoo, Bapu bazaar

Booked hotel taxi for today, after little bit of goof up from hotel desk staff we managed to start our local site seeing by 10:00AM, we visited these places Amer fort, Jaigarh fort, Kanak Vrindavan, Jal mahal, City Palace, Hawa mahal, Albert hall museum, Jaipur Zoo, Bapu bazaar in mentioned sequence.

Had lunch at hotel Maharaj, veg thali costed us INR300 pp food was good but upkeep of the restaurant is not up to mark considering the prices on menu.

In evening we visited Bapu market and found it quite good, quilt and bed sheets are available at reasonable prices.

All the above covered places got ample parking space and one can easily cover the above mentioned places in own car, but i suggest all to break local site seeing in two days to make things easy as single day left us exhausted.

To start with i am posting pics of Amer fort below in sequence:

Day-3

Date: 08-04-2012
Day: Sunday
Route taken: Jaipur- Shahpura- Kotputli- Behror-Gurgaon -Delhi
Destination: New Delhi
Total KM: 235KM
Number of Halts: 1
Start time: 10:30 AM
End Time: 03:00 PM
Total Hrs: 4:30 Hrs
Total halt time: 30 Minutes

In the morning went for complimentary breakfast at hotel dining area and we are shocked to see that restaurant staff with bill, i told him that our breakfast is complimentary but he insisted that we booked our room for single occupancy and we had to pay for breakfast for one extra person, now this is ridiculous i went to my room to check my booking voucher and found everything ok, contacted the front desk and explained them everything after half n hour all the confusion got cleared up, lack of coordination between hotel staff leads to this scenario which was quite frustrating for us. Soon we checked out from this hotel which left soar taste in our mouth at last moment.

On our way back to Delhi we stopped at Birla temple and Wind of palace, Birla temple got ample parking space and charged us only 2 bucks, nice architecture and less crowd good experience there. At Wind of palace we clicked pics from outside and started for Delhi, roads are full of diversions but managed to reach Delhi in 4.5Hrs. In the midway we stopped at hotel Triputi opened 14months back food and service was ok type but got covered parking for my Polo, washroom is clean and dining area is quite large fully AC.

Please find below pics of day3 in order:
