Fiat India has now inaugurated an exclusive dealership in Faridabad.

FIAT Group Automobiles India Pvt. Ltd inaugurated its independent and an exclusive dealership at Faridabad today. DRS Motors Pvt Ltd showroom is located at 12/7 Mile Stone, Mathura Road, Sarai Khwaja, Faridabad-121003. The showroom facility comprises of 2650 sq ft of space to display 4 cars and a 7000 sq ft state of the art workshop to ensure commitment to serve the customers beyond expectations. The dealership was inaugurated by Mr. Ravi Bhatia, Vice President, Fiat Group Automobiles India Pvt. Ltd.

New Fiat Centers but Pathetic Service Levels..I am Saved

Whats the point if they do this to someone with 2 confirmed deals and carrying cash to pick the car :

Lets assume, I would have accepted the car, but trust me I am feeling good I declined. What followed my cancellation is more pathetic..No one is bothered to reply and offer refund.

Earlier they asked for 5K and guess what no one is responding even to emails for money. Even FIAT Contact points are mute and all they offer is Will revert as reply.

Been 10 days. What customer service. I liked the car but this is outright crazy man..

Fiat has inaugurated another exclusive dealership in Delhi named Tuli Fiat. It is located at B 72 / 4, Wazirpur Industrial Area, New Delhi – 110052

At the inauguration Mr. Nagesh Basavanhalli, said, “FIAT India views Delhi as a very strategic market and the inauguration of an exclusive dealership is in accordance with our strategy to capitalise on this potential. We are confident that our association with Tuli FIAT will play a crucial role in identifying the customer base and enhancing customer experience in Delhi.” The 3200 sq.ft demographics within the showroom allows upto 6 cars to be parked at a time. Moreover, 19300 sq ft has been specifically allocated for after*sales service activity.

The event was also used as a platform to flag off a drive, that is an attempt to make a mark in the Guinness Book of World Record. The drive is stated to cover 28 states and Union territories, touching all 4 corners within the country to make a complete Golden Quadrilateral. This is a prestigious attempt made across the country and the Italian car*maker FIAT had extended its hand in supporting the cause by providing fuel and service to the vehicle.
