I previously owned a Honda Unicorn of Pune MH-12 registration. About 3 years back, I had to shift to Hyderabad due to a job opportunity. I had very little time to pack and move. On top of that, I lost my purse which contained the RC card and other details like my driving license.
I sold the bike for a meager sum to an auto dealer who said he would change the details.
However, I just checked the registration status online a few days back and I saw that the vehicle is still registered in my name. It's been 3 years since I left that bike and I am worried that it is being misused. It should have probably be sold to someone else now, in which case the registered owners name should also change. But it's still registered in my name.
What should I do in this situation?
