This is a very helpful initiative by car companies.
The conditions in Kerala are really bad,the citizens of Kerala really need help from all over India.
Yesterday read an article where Kerala Govt needs 4*4 cars owners to come forward with their cars and help the rescue team.
I hope more and more 4*4 owners come forward for to help Kerala.

Hope all our Members from Kerala are safe.?

(My area is not much affected - Even though heavy and continuous rain for last 4 days no flooding around. After a week, today the Sun is slowly coming out.)

Thanks for this thread. The scenes are very disturbing with so much loss of life, property and others.

One direct fall out would be flood affected cars which would take time to bring back to life.

Since there is no dedicated thread for Kerala Floods , posting this here.

See the condition of Renault Yard in Kochi. Will these unsold cars be passed off later to gulliable customers. Or they would be refurbished and sold at discounts. People in Kerala beware of buying any old inventory cars later this year which might had been flood affected.

Oh..more than 75/80 cars are almost under water.

What they are going to do - just clean in it and deliver to the customers who may not be aware of the status of these cars?

I think these cars will be sold on a discount as I think these would be covered under Insurance by the company/dealer.

Hopefully, new customers will not become the poor pigs for these cars :)
