As it is a second hand car and I will have to get a new RC on my name.

Why new RC buddy? I don't think it is required, name transfer will be endorsed to the original RC only.

@ Mr. Boss I asked an RTO agent for the colour change. He too told that 200-300 rs would be charged.
And it is not NEW RC. I meant to say that I'll change the color on the RC that I'll get after transfer of ownership.

Has the painting work started ? Also get the under body coating (anti rust) done.. it will not cost you more than 2k..

Dear Varun,
The Painting work will be started from tomorrow. Till now only patching is done and the front cross-member has been changed. Today the old paint will be scratched off.

1993 Model, that means 19 years old. Before taking decision just think once. In my opinion 65000 is too much. If u have to get noc for that, then add the total costing what it comes.
U can get good condition M800 in this budget at Kolkata.
Afterall MONEY matters. Just rethink about the rate of the Car of 1993.

Dear friends,
Sorry for delay in posting the pics. Was out for tours and going again on Monday. Today I bought few accessories and parts for my car. My car is finally painted and is looking very nice. As i was looking at the interiors, I found that the steering is not looking good as it has many scratch marks on it. A horn button is also cracked. So I am willing to change the steering wheel.
Can any other car's steering wheel be fitted in my car ??? What would be an estimated cost of new steering and which car's steering will suite the Type 1 interiors ??

Hi post some pic's of your car after it has been painted, you can fit zen 3 spoke steering or 800's type 2 steering wheel..

Zen steering wheel costs you 900rs and 800's would cost you 500-600rs..
