Yes it will work, but please note the following for Apple products: If your device doesn't have a internal mic (eg: iPod touch don't have one), Apple software will not detect the HALO mic over blue tooth. Apple has rubbish reason for this. You will get this through a Google. In my knowledge, only Apple products have this issue.

On the other hand, if you use separate music player (eg: iPod touch or iPod), you can pair your HALO at the same time with your mobile phone and music player

If you have enough budget, take a look at :

How long can you use it at a stretch(Battery backup).
I had Moto Rockr with Bluetooth headset, the head phone's battery used to drain within 1 & half hour.

I have used Halo for 3.15 hrs (approx) contnuesly and it worked fine. The offered duration is 6 Hrs as per product manual. So it should work for at least 5 hrs though I have not tested it.
