Hello TAIgers,

My friend bought new swift Dzire this week,

He wants to change the speakers of front doors and Parcel tray.

We have finalised Polk DB651 for both locations powered by a 4 channel amplifier (suggestions needed).

And Blaupunkt XLF 200A 8 inch underseat subwoofer with inbuilt Class D amplifier.

We have a doubt whether we need to bridge the 4 channel amp with inbuilt amp of xlf200a.

is it possible ? Or there is any alternative suggestion for the setup.

Also, please suggest the amp for powering polk speakers.

PS: He doesnt need component speakers.

nope there is no way you can bridge the internal amp of the subwoofer and the 4 channel amp.
why do you need to bridge it anyway? you will need all the channels of the amp to drive the front and rear speakers

You don't need to bridge it that way. Or both amps will be blown.

What you need is an RCA signal splitter that will split the incoming sound signal for 4 channel Speaker amp and Blau Woofer amp. Please note that splitter goes on input side only. Not output.
