Re: On Road Price of ERTIGA in Pune & Current Offers?

Hi Friends

Also let me know if any current hot offers are going on for Ertiga Petrol? (Floated by Maruti suzuki company or dealerships in Pune) [:)]

Interested in:

Ex Showroom & On Road Price of ERTIGA VXi - ABS model

Ex Showroom & On Road Price of ERTIGA ZXi Model

Also if you could help with the Break Up of the On Road cost? It would be helpful
Hi Ankx,
I recently took delivery of Zxi with alloy wheels from Wonder Cars Pimpri. Total on road price including 1 yr extended warranty was ~8.8L. 'Approximate' breakup is ex-showroom 7.5L, RT0 90K, Insurance 22K, Extended Warranty 10K, RTO Service Charges 5K. This is with PCMC LBT, could be slightly different from Pune but not more than few K.
There was recently an ad from Maruti in last weekend DNA that there is an offer of upto 21.5K on Eritga for bookings and delivery between 1st to 30 Jun, including max exchange bonus, corporate offer and accessories discount. But Wonder Cars people plead ignorance about it saying they have not received yet. I checked for a similar offer of 20 K at the time of booking last month but I think that offer was till 14 May and I had booked few days after so I got only exchange bonus of 15K for selling my Swift to Maruti True Value.
Generally I have found it very difficult to negotiate with Wonder Cars, they stick to the price, and I believe Sales are picking up so may be tough to get too much. But you can try for a few freebie accessories. I could manage a set of floor mats only :-(

Best wishes for your purchase,
Vim

e(tios), e(cosport)? No its e(rtiga)

hi friends,
I was confused between ecosport, etios.
The criteria were:
*Diesel vehicle
*Has to be spacious
*Running 1000-1200 km/month
*80% city driving
*90% driven by chauffeur
*Long drive must be comfortable for 2 adults, two kids, adult labrador.
*Easy to maintain

Ecosport: Still heart is for this. Nice exterior, awesome gadgets and superb engine but space was major no..no. Overall v good car
Etios: Good ride with comfort oriented suspension and v good space. But carrying dog was bit difficult task.
Ertiga: Already saw and driven one year ago when launched, but never thought of it again. Saw in Maruti showroom when went there casually. Liked its practical space utilization. Interiors are ok (black would have been better). Seats recline and v good leg space. My use will be mainly as spacious 4-5 seater (including kids).

I am going to book it in next 3-4 days. Kindly tell me:
*Whats current deal on ertiga ZDI? (Dealer offerd 10k cash discount, corporate discount-yet to ask figure)
*What accessories to fit? (I am planning reverse camera, V kool front windshield screen, underbody 3M coating)
*Whether 2 year extended warranty at Rs 10k worth?
*Dealer is giving me zero dep. insurance at 32k, is it ok?
*Whats user review of stock audio system?

Kindly give more input as per your experience please.
Thanks.
Shall update soon.

Hi Joshi,

In todays market Ecosport is a hot cake. I would recommend to go in for with second opinion. The space is not much comfortable in the 2nd row otherwise it is a VFM car if you take the Titanium version.

Ecosport and Ertiga are two different segment cars. You cannot expect the same kind of in both of them. If you choose Ertiga it is a good choice. It is realy practical with the space it provides flexible seating. Looks are also better than other people movers. I realy loved its practicality. Very easy to take around city.

*Whats current deal on ertiga ZDI? (Dealer offerd 10k cash discount, corporate discount-yet to ask figure)
20k cash discount and 15K exchange bonus, 5K discount for A class corporates. This might vary at your state

*What accessories to fit? (I am planning reverse camera, V kool front windshield screen, underbody 3M coating)
Reverse camera is a must for this size cars. It practicaly helps in close parkings. 3M underbody coating is a mandatory for Maruti cars.

*Whether 2 year extended warranty at Rs 10k worth?
Yes it is a worth going for.

*Dealer is giving me zero dep. insurance at 32k, is it ok?
Try dealing directly with the insurance company you might get better discounts.

*Whats user review of stock audio system?
Stock audio system is good. If you want an upgrade try the one I used that will help to save a lot of money. Check the below link of another thread where I put some picture of the ICE

We are looking for your updates on the bookings.

Here is what I upgraded my ICE to touchscreen Dvd player for 10k. You need to upgrade the headlamps to 90/100 watts.

Reverse camera comes from 1000rs. You can try which ever you feel is clear.

If the outside accessories shop couuld fit them without tampering wires you will not void warranty

Michellin is a good choice. Regarding OEM cd player maruti will not allow such deal. What is wrong in asking give a try.

Congrats Joshi.

*How will person make connections/wiring to screen behind front seat?
It is done from dash to floor and then to your seat cover
*What is difference between leather and art leather?
that is natural and artificial
*MGA : are these expensive dealership as compared to open market? By how many Rs?
Yes accessories are little bit cheaper outside and you have varieties to choose with.
*Can outside person do wiring carefully so that warranty is not voided?
Yes go to specialised people to make it work. If not a well trained guy he might fit it but can make many scratches on your dash and other places. Also you might start getting rattling noise if the wires are not properly sealed.
*Is underbody coating must? Where to get it?.
Yes must for Maruti cars. For Ertiga you can do it i second or third service.
