Bajaj Auto's scoop news on Avenger 220 http://www.velocitimag.com/2010/07/bajaj-avenger-220-launch.htmlhas finally come to an end . Bajaj Auto has launched the Avenger 220 and what makes it surprising is its price, just at Rs. 76,876/- (on-road, Pune). The bike will sport a 220cc power-plant with bigger oil cooler.

The 220cc 4 stroke engine is borrowed from the Pulsar220 and boasts a power of 19.3bhp at 8500rpm and 19.12Nm at 7000rpm. The bike features all sort of goodies like the battery sensor, self cancel indicators and DC electrical .

The Avenger 220 will be available in Black, Red, Blue and Silver colours. The retro look of the bike has been retained and bookings have commenced. Deliveries will be done within two weeks from booking date.
Surely, a happy cruising from Bajaj Auto !

The same looks are retained from the 200cc but the big visor( or whatever it is called) is missing from the front. The pricing also looks good but one thing i hate about Bajaj is too many facelifts in a short period of time.

The Screen was taken off by the owners the moment it was out of the showroom.
So bajaj decided not to offer it.
