I tried to download above app but it has some selections like Zip/Installer/Source code etc. Then CrystalDiskInfo 8.4.0 – Manual / History .. etc
Which one to select?

Okay. I think it must be Windows or some update is causing the problem. We need to check everything (i.e reliability history, event log, drivers, system temperatures and etc) and random issues are difficult to pinpoint.

If you can open task manager (using ctrl+alt+del) then it must be software problem only. Hardware related issues totally freeze the system or do sudden reboot.

@CRACING - Since our last discussion, the freezing problem has stopped. Not sure whether the problem sorted out on its own or it is the effect of the app CrystalDiskInfo 8.4.0? Anyway, I hope the problem will not occur again.

@Nairrk - Thats good. CrystalDiskInfo just shows the SMART log and condition of SSDs and HDDs. It doesn't effect or fix anything.
