Any Experience With Digit Insurance?

Recently while trying to renew my car Insurance and searching online, I came across "Digit Insurance". Their insurance prices are quite low as compared to others and very attractive, I found this upon getting online quotes and comparing with others. I have already bought their policy. They also claim to have 25 lakh customers which is a huge number for a company whose name is not heard of or well known.

Does any TAIGer have any experience of filing a claim with Digit insurance ?

When my Tigor insurance was due, I checked with Digit and found their quote was the cheapest one, but then I found their repair shop network is limited mainly in the City or suburban area and very rare in rural areas. Yes, they are a company operating in Digital format and very quick in responding. Finally, I have fixed with ICICI.

I renewed my Nexon insurance with Digit, i got a good price, as you mentioned.
Have never taken a claim for any of my car's, so Nil experience on that front.

Which is better between the two, Acko or Digit? Digit's sales team have very unprofessional attitude.
