When I had WagonR I had hardly used the seat belts, but now when I have my Storme, seat belts should be on mandatorily for both drivers and co passengers. Though not mandatory for rear passengers. what made me change is the seat belt alarm present in Storme. Made me use the seat belt. Now, I my self feel incomplete if I am driving without seat belt. And As @deville_56 said, even moving car in porch I wear seat belt now.
