Two issues I found with the Zest:
1.) Delivery: I can't understand why these dealers are committing a date when they don't know nothing on the dispatch schedule.
Related to that poor production management. There are no production constraints at the Ranjagaon plant. Is there any? Or is it manipulated delay made by TML? (Can't guess the reason though).
2.) Mud issue: This is getting worse than expected. Not like owners are facing problem with the car but with the management. If Tata has acknowledged the issue what is preventing them from publishing a press release/official statement.
On the basis of this issue,people are waiting to book their car/cancel their booking. Or is it like this is not at all a issue for TML.
End note: So many XM and XE produced as inventory. Who will buy XE. Surely TML has to find some way to sell those cars and most probably they will be headed as taxis
